Grant Application

Thank you for reaching out on behalf of your dog. This application helps us understand your situation, your dog's medical needs, and how we can help. It usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes, and having your documents ready before you start will make it go much faster.

Before you begin, gather these documents

  • Your veterinary estimate and treatment plan

  • Proof of your dog's weight (a vet record is best)

  • Proof of financial need, such as a recent pay stub or unemployment letter. If neither is available, a short written explanation works too.

A few things to know about our grants

  • Grants are for upcoming treatment only, so we aren't able to reimburse care that has already been paid for.

  • Every grant amount depends on the funding we have available, and all of our funding comes from donations.

  • We don't fund breeding-related costs or elective procedures.

  • When we review applications, we give priority based on how urgent the treatment is and your dog's overall prognosis.
